Israeli troops withdraw to areas around Gaza border

The Israel Defense Forces reportedly has withdrawn most of its troops from the Gaza Strip to areas around the border.

At least 10 Palestinians were killed and dozens wounded in the shelling of a United Nations school in southern Gaza.

Hadar Goldin, the Israeli soldier who was thought to have been captured last Friday by Hamas, was declared dead.
