owns a home-based business, is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and enjoys volunteering. She writes about babies, parenting, and other random things and was the 2017 Bronx Council on the Arts' award winner for non-fiction writing. Ann and her family have lived in Riverdale for more than 18 years.
