Traffic on Palestine Railroads Increases

Passenger traffic on the Palestine railways increased 430,000 in 1929. A total of 1,200,000 used the railways as compared with 770,000 in 1928. The increase is partly due, undoubtedly, to the lack of security on the highways since August.
