A number of Jews are included in the 150 arrested by the GPU in different cities of the Ukraine on a charge of private speculation in the timber industry and of having illegal dealings with members of the government department for timber industry. The Jews arrested are prominent timber exporters. In addition to the 150 arrested. 300 others will be tried as accomplices. It is expected to be the largest trial ever held in Russia.
