The army is not required to give the families of Palestinian terrorists prior notice of house demolitions, Israel’s High Court of Justice ruled Tuesday. The court rejected petitions filed on behalf of some 40 families of Palestinian terrorists who had received demolition orders and demanded 48-hour advance notice in order to appeal.
