Syrians burned American and Israeli flags at a Damascus restaurant where Western and Arab diplomats were attending a concert. Some 50 young Syrian demonstrators burned the flags Wednesday to protest the proposed Syria Accountability Act, which imposes sanctions against Syria for its sponsorship of terrorism.
