State Department sources indicated today that the Department is prepared to give the strongest support to Assistant Secretary of State Henry A. Byroade in the event Israel lodges diplomatic protests here against the address delivered by him last week in Philadelphia which contained criticism of some aspects of Israel’s foreign and domestic policies.
