Financial circles here said today that the additional restrictions on imports announced by Britain will affect Israel’s exports of phosphates, diamonds, electronic equipment and clothing to that country. Israel’s citrus exports will not be affected because there are no restrictions on British importation of foods. The reduction of French imports announced by President de Gaulle is not expected to have an appreciable affect on Israel because Israeli exports to France are small.
