The Rumanian Government disclosed today that it has approved the appointment of Ehud Avriel, former Israel Minister to Czechoslovakia, as the Jewish state’s Minister to Rumania. Mr. Avriel succeeds Reuven Rubin, who resigned his post in Bucharest after a year’s service.
