Two campaigns to raise funds lie ahead for Rochester Jewry late this month and next. In the last week of this month the Talmud Torah will open its campaign for $5,000. In the days between Rosh Hashonna and Yom Kippur, the committee for the Joint Distribution and the Palestine Relief will conduct a joint campaign for $15,000. Henry Stern will direct the drive.
