Rabbi Jacob Rubenstein former spiritual head of Congregation Ansche Sfard is dead here. He was 66 years old and a native of Russia. Two years ago he retired from the pulpit following years of service with the local synagogue and a congregation at Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
