Israeli security services are investigating the background of an organization called “The Arab Revolutionary Movement” which claimed responsibility for placing an explosive charge in a bus traveling from Beersheba to Jerusalem via Hebron. The bomb was discovered by an alert passenger who notified the driver and it was removed safely by a police sapper.
Leaflets attached to the parcel that contained the bomb said it was planted by the Arab Revolutionary Movement. Such an organization was not known of until now. The bomb was discovered yesterday morning near Hebron. A bus passenger gave police a description of an Arab who boarded the bus near Hebron and left it a short while later, leaving the parcel behind.
