Satisfaction with the large part played by Polish Jews in the upbuilding of Palestine was expressed yesterday by Professor Ignacy Moscicki, president of the Polish Republic, in the course of an interview with Heschel Farbstein, Polish member of the Executive of the Jewish Agency for Palestine. President Moscicki told the Zionist leader that he was following Jewish development of Palestine with much interest. On being told that the work was being accompanied by great difficulties, the Polish statesman said, “You are inspired by an ideal which will overcome all obstacles.”
