Police arrested 40 Arabs in the Gaza Strip last night on suspicion of membership in an illegal terrorist organization. An undisclosed number of Arab suspects were also arrested in Nablus during the past 24 hours in connection with a recent wave of sabotage. The mass arrests are believed to be linked to documents seized at terrorist headquarters in Beirut, Lebanon by Israeli commandos last Tuesday.
