The fight for the admission of women to the bar in Palestine, carried on singlehanded by Mrs. Ginzsberg, daughter-in-law of the late Hebrew philosopher, Achad Ha’am, has prospects for a successful conclusion.
After taking the fight to the highest court in the land, Mrs. Ginzberg was now assured by Col. Josiah Wedgwood, in a communication she received from him, that the Colonial Office had promised to give instructions to the Palestine government to promulgate an ordinance authorizing women to practice law in Palestine.
