Arrangements have been completed for the exchange of 280 Jewish women and children from Palestine who were interned in German occupied countries for a similar number of German women and children interned in Palestine since the outbreak of the war, it is learned here to-day.
The exchange is expected to take place in Turkey at the beginning of October. A first group of Palestinian subjects was exchanged for Germans last year. There will be no further exchanges after October.
