Pakistan and Indonesia received today a sharp rebuke from the World Federation of United Nations Organizations when the group passed over both of them in settling on the site of its next annual meeting because both countries refuse Israeli nationals the right of entry.
The group, concluding its annual session, decided to hold the 1955 session in an Asian country. Both Pakistan and Indonesia were mentioned as likely choices, but the Israeli delegate, Daniel Auster of Jerusalem, rising on a point of order, explained that these countries violated UN principles by discriminating against Israelis. The delegates from 40 nations thereupon passed over the two Moslem states and voted to meet in Bangkok, capital of Thailand.
