The Frankfurter Zeitung points out today in connection with the Government order not to dismiss Jewish pupils from the secondary and high schools of Germany until detailed regulations announcing the procedure are made public, that this is applicable only to old pupils in the schools. The one and a half percent numerus clausus, it declares, must be strictly observed in accepting new Jewish students in the schools.
