Following establishment of the ghetto in Warsaw, Nazi authorities have issued regulations forbidding Jews in this area to use electricity and gas after 8 p.m., the Polish Ministry of Information reported today.
Other regulations for the Jews in the ghetto forbid them to leave the district without a special pass authorizing them to visit another part of the city. No Gentile is allowed to enter the ghetto without a similar pass.
Jewish doctors may, according to these regulations, still reside outside the ghetto. They will, however, have to display Mogen David signs (the six-pointed Star of David) on their shingles.
