The National Refugee Service will move from its present quarters and occupy a building of its own at 139 Centre Street, New York, on Monday, December 22, it was announced today by William Rosenwald, its president.
The new building, formerly occupied by the District Attorney’s office and other city departments, will house family service, employment, and other units of the National Refugee Service, as well as related organizations such as the American Committee for Christian Refugees, Inc., American Friends Service Committee (Quakers), Self Help of Emigres from Central Europe, Inc., and the German Jewish Children’s Aid, Inc.
