Lists of the names of a number of Jerusalem electors who, it is alleged by the three petitioners in the Jerusalem elections dipute, were wrongly included in the respective municipal divisions, were lodged in the offices of the local District Court. It is alleged that there were approximately 208 persons wrongfully included in ward one, 210 in ward four and 275 in ward five.
The names were given following the decision rendered by the president of the Jerusalem District Court, dismissing all points raised by the petitioners, except the one that the petitioners might prove that the election results might have been changed by wrongful registration of voters in the disputed wards.
