Mrs. Sporborg New President of Jewish Women’s Council

Mrs. William D. Sporborg of Port Chester, N. Y., assumed the presidency of the National Council of Jewish Women, as successor to the late president of the Council, Rose Brenner. Prior to her election at the St. Louis Triennial, as First Vice-President, Mrs. Sporborg was one of the National Directors and President of the New York City Section.

Mrs. Sporborg is president of the New York City Federation of Women’s Clubs and is Chairman of the Port Chester Branch of the League of Women Voters.
