Mrs. Rose Hoenig, Ex-secretary of Premier Macdonald, Dies in London

Mrs. Rose Hoenig, 65, who for 15 years was the private secretary of Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald, died today in London. She was legal adviser to the National Council for Civil Liberties and a member of the official delegation which accompanied Premier MacDonald on a visit to the United States and Canada in 1929.
