The Moscow Radio increased today its anti-Israel attacks in Arab-language broadcasts, telling its Arab listeners that “the ruling quarters in Tel Aviv are proving, by accepting the Eisenhower Doctrine, that their endeavor is to disturb the atmosphere in the Near and Middle East.”
An analysis of Soviet moods with regard to Israel, completed by Israel students of Soviet affairs, reaches a strongly pessimistic conclusion about the possibility of Moscow improving relations with Israel. Israeli experts also feel that even the resumption of Soviet oil sales to Israel is unlikely.
