A record goal of $3,950,000, including a target of $2,200,000 for the special Israel Emergency Fund, has been set for the 1968 campaign of the Jewish Welfare Fund of Milwaukee. The annual regular campaign last year totalled $1,600,000.

The JWF campaign cabinet approved the peak quota for the regular campaign this year because of the growing pressure of local needs, according to Herbert H. Kohl, campaign general chairman. He said that local and national beneficiaries of the drive were not receiving sufficient funds.
