Mrs. Gertrude Nahinsky, said to be the oldest Jewish person in the Middle West, died here at 105. She was active until the time of her death.
Born in Russia in 1829, she came to this city many years ago. Her husband Jacob, also over 100 years of age, survives her, as do three sons and two daughters.
