Kach activist Baruch Marzel has gone from pariah to the Knesset.
The Hebron activist held talks Wednesday in the Knesset, after orders restricting his movements expired.
It marked the first time in three years that Marzel was not under house arrest.
The militantly anti-Arab Kach group was outlawed by Israel after Kiryat Arba settler Dr. Baruch Goldstein massacred 29 Palestinian worshipers in February 1994 at the Tomb of the Patriarchs.
Marzel met Wednesday with Knesset members from the Moledet and Shas parties to discuss the administrative detentions recently imposed on several other Jewish right-wing extremists from the Hebron area.
The detentions were ordered to prevent extremist violence prior to the planned redeployment of Israeli troops in Hebron.
