Election of Martin S. Fox of Newark, N.J. to the board of directors of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was announced today by Robert H. Arnow, president. Mr. Fox, an attorney, is secretary of the Jewish Community Council of Essex County and a trustee of the Jewish Community Foundation. He has been active in the work of the Large City Budgeting Conference and is a member of its steering committee. He is a trustee of United Hias Service.
