A gift of $50,000 from Lucius N. Littauer, which will be used to help the Albany Medical College to build a cooperative system between it and hospitals in the city for the advancement of medical science was announced by Edmund N. Huyck, president. Mr. Littauer’s gift also provides for the establishment of two research fellowships in pathology and one in physiology at the college, in memory of his mother, Mrs. Harriet Sporburg Littauer.
The gift to the college was made through the Littauer Foundation.
