Emphasizing that large funds must be made available to enable the Jews within Germany to reconstruct their lives, Mr. Hyman also declared that the place of Palestine in absorbing a substantial number of refugees is also being adequately considered in the program of the Appeal, which has a national goal of $3,000,000.

Cohen, Mrs. Carl Dreyfus, Mrs. Ely Feibelman, Mrs. Hyman Freiman, Mrs. Lewis Goldberg, Casper M. Grossberg, Milton Kahn, Leon S. Medalie, Ben M. Selekman, Max Shoolman, J. L. Wiseman and Francis S. Wyner Sydney Dreyfus is treasurer.
