Leib Strongin, a veteran Jewish Journalist and publisher of the Soviet Yiddish-language magazine, “Sovietish Heimland,” has died in Russia at the age of 74, it was learned here today. Mr. Strongin was for many years the manage of the “Emes.” the Moscow publishing house which specialized in Yiddish books and published the Yiddish Communist newspaper, “Emes” (“Truth”). The firm has since been liquidated.
