Ceremonies when Justice Albert Cohn will be inducted to his post on the New York State Supreme Court bench will be held this morning. Justice Cohn’s appointment was confirmed by the state Senate on Tuesday before adjournment. He was sworn in on Wednesday by Justice Martin of the Appellate Division.
