Judge William M. Lewis of Philadelphia, grand master of the Independent Order of Brith Sholom and vice-president of the Zionist Organization of America, will speak on “Jewish Youth and Fraternalism” at installation ceremonies Tuesday evening at the Hotel Edison by Royal Lodge 198 of Brith Sholom.
