The organization by Jewish leaders of a League of Nations Union will be perfected at an early date, it is announced. Dr. Leo Motzkin, Secretary of the Committee of Jewish Delegations, who is especially interested in this Union, declared its constitution will be similar to that of the National Council of Vienna, and of the Committee of Jewish Delegations Which he represents.
