Jews here are especially interested in fifty cases of valuables stolen from ##garian Jews and discovered in the French zones. For some time attempts have been ##de by Hungarian authorities to secure these valuables for the purpose of retuning their property to the rightful owners and transferring unclaimed property to the #agazian Jewish Fund.However, the International Refugee Organization wanted the property to be ##aced at the disposal of the Joint Distribution Committee and the Jewish Agency for the benefit of Hungarian Jewish refugees who do not wish to return to Hungary. is final decision was apparently in favor of returning the property to Jewish ?ners residing in Hungary.
