Over 1,100 Jewish philanthropic agencies, synagogues, institutions and other organizations are listed in the “Jewish Community ## of Greater New York,” issued by the Jewish Information Bureau. The new ## is the first compilation of Jewish organizations to be made since 1918 when ## Jewish Communal Register” was published by the Jewish Community of New York City. It is edited by Reuben Fink and Bernard G. Richards.
