The first Jewish boy to be born in Palestine since the death of the Hebrew poet-laureate Chaim Nachman Bialik in Vienna on July 4, was today named Chaim Nachman after the dead poet.
The Hebron Jewish community where the child was born, arranged a special ceremony and celebration. Hope was expressed that the reborn Chaim Nachman would prove to be endowed with the same gifts as those possessed by the poet.
