Israel’s National Infrastructure Minister Ariel Sharon held talks in Amman on joint Israeli-Jordanian water and development projects. The meeting with the Jordanian team, headed by Crown Prince Hassan, were part of regular bilateral talks. Relations between the countries have been strained since Israel allegedly attempted to assassinate a Hamas leader on Jordanian soil.
