Israel’s defense minister said even Hamas members in Palestinian Authority government aren’t protected from counter-terrorist operations. Shaul Mofaz said Tuesday that Ismail Haniyeh, who is in line to become the Palestinian Authority prime minister, and other senior Hamas politicians could be targeted by Israel if they order a new wave of terrorism.
