Israeli troops operating in the West Bank town of Bethlehem on Wednesday night arrested two Palestinians suspected of planning to carry out a suicide attack. Elsewhere in the West Bank, soldiers arrested 21 wanted Palestinians, including a local Hamas leader from the village of Tubas, Israel Radio reported.
