Israeli Ambassador Eliahu Elath conferred today with Acting Secretary of State James E. Webb Prior to his departure for Israel where he expects to remain about six weeks. The Ambassador touched upon the U.N. sponsored Arab-Israeli negotiations taking place at Lausanne. He Plans to leave for Israel on June 4.
