Yaacov Tsur, Israel Minister to Paraguay, presented his credentials yesterday to President Chaves and expressed the Jewish state’s appreciation for Paraguay’s favorable attitude to Israel in the United Nations. The Jewish community in this country welcomed Mr. Tsur and celebrated the ceremony marking his presentation of credentials. The Israel Minister will remain in this country for conferences and radio talks until Thursday.
