Israel Minister Escapes from Flaming Plane at Paris Airfield

Theodore Kollek, Israel Minister Plenipotentiary attached to the Embassy in Washington, today escaped from a flaming plane when it swerved from a runway on a take-off from Le Bourget airport and piled up in flames. The plane was taking off for London with Kollek and 17 other passengers who jumped through the flames to safety.
