The Israel Government announced today that Israeli diplomatic representatives will sign the Soviet-Anglo-American nuclear test ban treaty tomorrow in Washington, London and Moscow. The agreement bans all forms of nuclear testing in the air, in space or underwater but exempts underground testing.
Israeli Charge D’Affaires Mordechai Gazit will sign the agreement in Washington in the absence of Ambassador Avraham Harman who is currently in Jerusalem for consultations, along with Arthur Lourie, the envoy to Britain. E. Evron, the Israel Charge D’Affaires in London, will sign the pact in the British capital.
