Israel Army Returns Control of Immigrant Camps to Civilians

The Israel Army’s operation of immigrant work camps in isolated areas of the country ended here yesterday when the Army handed back control of all services to the civilian settlement authorities. During the winter rainy season the Army had been responsible for the maintenance of communications and other vital services in the camps.
