Negotiations are under way between the Argentine and Israeli Governments for a $14,000,000 trade agreement, Pablo Manguel, Argentine Minister to Israel, revealed here today at a luncheon meeting of the Industrial and Commercial Club. He said the Israeli Minister to Buenos Aires, Yaacov Tsur, is carrying on the negotiations for Israel.

He suggested that Israel should invite Argentine capitalists to come to this country and study the investment possibilities. The Minister also disclosed that Argentina was considering inviting Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett to visit and help improve relations between the two states.
