Hillary Rodham Clinton called for global recognition of the significance of the Holocaust as a “remembrance of our common humanity” at a Boca Raton, Fla., Yom Hashoah ceremony Tuesday. The first lady connected the commemoration to the current plight of Kosovar Albanians.
