Herman Bernstein, author of “The History of a Lie,” an expose of “The Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion,” published in this country in 1921 and recently reproduced in Shanghai, China, is now writing a book on the developments leading to Henry Ford’s retraction. The book, it was stated, will set the records straight as to who was responsible for the retraction and will do away with many unfounded claims.
Mr. Bernstein was the first to sue Henry Ford and the last to settle his case out of count.
JEWISH ALUMNUS DONATES $300,000 TO CATHOLIC COLLEGE
The amount of $300,000 for the erection of a library hall at the University of Dayton, one of the leading Catholic universities in the United States, was subscribed by Victor Emanuel of New York.
Mr. Emanuel is a graduate of the University of Dayton, class of 1908. The library hall will be dedicated at the coming commencement exercises in June. Mr. Emanuel is director and vice-president of several public unifity companies.
