Professor Joseph Liberberg, president of the Executive of Biro-Bidjan, Jewish autonomous region, was expelled from the Communist Party as a Trotskyist and counter-revolutionist, it was announced today. He was deprived of his seat in the Far East Central Executive Committee Presidium and other posts.
