Governor Herbert H. Lehman was inaugurated for his second term before a distinguished company in the Assembly chamber here today.
The Governor took the oath, which was administered by Edward J. Flynn, Secretary of State, as the climax of a ceremony from which much of the usual pomp and ceremony had been eliminated. Injection of simplicity was at the Governor’s request.
